The onsite restaurant was good as nothing else available in the area. We were stranded at Villepinte for over an hour and tried all that time to contact the reception desk which did not pick up the phone due to lack of staff on reception. We also wanted to speak to reception the following evening for advice on where to go in the local area but the queue at reception was so big due to lack of staff we had to make our own arrangements. |

The staff was very good. 1) Cost of breakfast (E13.50 per person) was too high. 2) Internet access should be made available in room without E10.00 change. ( It's free in lobby.) 3) TV should have at lease one English speaking station, like CNN or BBC. |

proximity to expo center and RER Too expensive, also expensive breakfast/meals provision, better value travelling 45 minutes by RER to Champs Elisee and back to have a decent meal there! |

The facilities are very clean and urban. I enjoyed the staff. The beds in our room were foam and old. My butt was sunken into the mattress all night and a bit uncomfortable. The hotel does not offer shuttle service to airport even though they claim to be five min. from the airport. Which was not true, more like 15 mins. and a 35Euro bill for the taxi. If you want a closer hotel, try the other Roissy Hotel closer to the airport with shuttle. |
